What do you think about the future of cdjr technicians job security wise?

Honestly I think it’s ok…. If you keep up to date and are master certified, there’s plenty of work. However I still believe their warranty practices are crap towards technicians and the general practices that individual dealerships have towards techs are outdated. Many techs in CDJR dealers still have crappy flat rate pay, shitty benefits and deal with sub par management.
