Honey bass, the gear that turns the head is cracked (not the motor shaft gear), I tried fixing it in the summer but the gearbox is very delicate on these knock-off fish so it couldn't do it. Travis, I don't know what is going on with the mouth. When I got him earlier this year (last year now), I had to replace the mouth motor gear and it worked until summer, there might be a wire loose which I will check out one of these days!
