If u want my advice to get out of depression, it would be to read in the Qur'an. If u don't want to, then go and work, study or learn something, the important thing is that, find something useful to spend all ur time in that way, u forget about your problem till you overcome it. But again, just read the Qur'an even if you aren't a Muslim or listen to readers as it works successfully every time for me.
