Absolutely! Wasn’t it your suggestion that I try it? Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! I’m amazed at how it airbrushed away my skin issues. One of the few I’ve tried where my mouth hung open after the first swipe when I originally tried it on oilier skin..like woah! Btw I accidentally got the phytoteint nude first and I hated it. The texture was no good and made my skin look awful…like sticky glowy.

@@redgirlreviews Yes i asked you if you had tried it, because i thought if you hate it i'm not going to spend that amount of money to try it. I'm glad you like it so much ( not for your wallet though 😅). Funny you mention the nude one because that was actually the one i had my eyes on first 😂.

The coverage looks outstanding, which I love! I always powder as well. I have combination skin. I’ll be interested in seeing how it wears over several/many hours!

This is one of those rare foundations that when you swipe it on you're like 🤯 instant LOVE. Even with crazy oily skin I couldn't believe how well it lasted throughout the day too. It has it's own sort of instant set feature. That does make it hard to go back and fix small areas though without redoing the whole thing.

It looks beautiful..would you say it's similar to the Guerlain Terracotta foundation?. I have that one and it stays in place as well, but for me not a foundation i would wear everyday because it's a bit heavy. I'm not oily at all but i live in a warm climate so looking for a more matte finish 😊 Thanks 👍🏻

You would love this one then! The Guerlain is too heavy for me as well. This one sets down like the Guerlain but is much thinner and lighter in finish. If you don’t powder it even has a slightly less matte finish but still doesn’t move. It also has better light range colors than the Guerlain whose lightest color is really peachy on me.

@@redgirlreviews Yes i also have the lightest shade which has a weird almost salmon color..🤔, the next shade has a better color and lucky for me the 1C is a good match for me most of the time, it does look very nice and it looks great in pictures but for me a bit too heavy to wear all the time. Thanks ☺️

I’m mostly into tinted skin sunscreen or skin tint over sunscreen right now, but I appreciated learning about this product anyway! If you don’t mind sharing, do you have lip filler? Just curious. No problem if you don’t care to share the answer to that. 😊 I hope that isn’t a rude question!

No worries! Yes I do have a little just on the edges of the top to try to even it out from side to side rather than add volume...one side was collapsing so my lips looked really uneven and I got tired of massively overlining one side. It's still a little more apparent than I would like but I've already had some removed so I'm afraid to do more and end up uneven again. Me and fillers have not been getting along lately so kinda struggling with that. It's supposed to completely dissolve on it's own but in my experience it doesn't so you end up with weird uneven results which means you end up going back and getting more to even things out to fix what you're left with. The hyauloronidase (melts filler) makes an even bigger mess of things (just happened to me and still dealing with) by leaving big divets so removing it that way is tricky too...frustrating. In general these days I think I wouldn't recommend going that route except extremely conservatively.

@@redgirlreviews gotcha! Thanks for that information! I have what I call tributaries (“smoker’s lines”) both above and below my lips and have a massive bleeding issue with many lip products. I would love to find a way to make them look better, but I don’t think filler is for me because I’m literally allergic to almost everything😢
@redgirlreviews
@redgirlreviews 7 ай бұрын
The only things I know that help with that issue is little lines of filler put in the smokers lines (this can be done really conservatively but needs to be done by someone really good) or ablative lasers like a CO2 or Erbium Yag. Lasers can do wonders but for deeper lines it is a pretty invasive experience with lots of down time and full results a few months down the road. I learn a lot fro Dr. Stefanie Kapel here on KZbin so you might want to check her out. If they are milder lines hydration and chemical exfoliants can really help renew the skin and plump the lines. Things like retinae or glycolic acids over time can also help by inducing more collagen production but the results will be more subtle, just a nice surface smoothing and thickening of the skin.

@@redgirlreviews thanks! Lip, pencils help of course, but sometimes I want to be able to just throw a lipgloss on without all the fuss! But then when it ends up all the way down to my chin and up to my nose within a couple hours… What to do?😂😮

I received the Sisley foundation from my husband today as whatever I bought from Shiseido, YSL or any great brand, just didn't worth it. I'd better have an expensive foundation which does the job correctly, stays on, not cakey than buying 7-8 a year as they don't work.

Absolutely agree! I tried the Tom Ford and even the Sisley Phyto teint Nude first and returned both because they were just no good even for the price...this phyto-teint perfection is literally that, perfection!
