Capt Hitmarkah actually, at 16:06 he does use the brutality after the finish her screen, I think it’s either a hidden requirement or a glitched requirement. But i’m just guessing as well.

They don’t have to be on the ground but the last hit has to come from boiling point so if your combo kills him and then you do boiling point at the end of the combo and he’s already dead it won’t work. Boiling point has to take the last of his life away.

That was my Skarlet and Joker at the end 😂. Those were fun matches. I like running into better players. I feel like a learn a little every time I play someone better. It's hard to get wins with Skarlet, though. I'm still trying to improve with her.

One of the dumbest brutalities in the game is sheeva back,forward 4 grab amped. It doesn’t even work all the time and it’s hard af because you have to amp the move as the last hit then immediately mash 1+2 so stupid. I think NrS did drugs when they created these brutality requirements on some of them.
