Even though defamed, Parabenes are great preservatives.So do phenoxyethanol.phenoxyethanol is also a vaccine preservative. But everything has their percentage factor. I really wish people would have better knowledge about their chemistry and therapeutic grade rather than just focusing on easily available theoretical papers. Nothing is too good nothing is bad. Every chemical compound is debatable. I am chemist, i know how sensitive all these chemicals are but we are constantly in educating process to deal with all chemicals through research (practical) and studies.

I find these KZbinrs very perplexing.... on a review video they speak good about brands and then that is followed by some form of criticism or the other ... somehow trust is a big issue for me... maybe that's how it all works in the beauty industry... idk .... anyways big big compounds that r incorporated in the products mean NOTHING unless they actually deliver some functional benefit harmlessly... choose ur products/brsnds wisely instead of going by reviews

The deve herbs kanti oil has lavender essential oil! It should not be used on the face (neither should any other essential oil)!! It might not seem to irritate your skin today but it is capable of doing so in the long run!

Here are the main ingredients of Pond’s super light gel (>1%): Humectants (Glycerin, Butylene Glycol), Emollients (Dimethicone, Linoleamidopropyl), Actives (Niacinamide) and Thickeners (VP Copolymer). And a bunch of goodies also - Vitamin E, Sodium PCA and 4 kinds of Hyaluronic Acid! All of these are standard acceptable ingredients used in stable and safe formulations by most leading brands and industry leading chemists. The preservative used is also acceptable - Phenoxyethanol (usually used at ~1%, and is FDA approved). To be honest, at a price point under INR 300, it is a very well formulated product, and value for money. My husband loves using this. Yes it has fragrance, but like I said in the video - it is a personal choice. It can be sensitising in the long run with regular use, but given the Indian consumer’s preference for fragrance most brands formulate with fragrance. You can always chose to not buy, but if you restricted yourself to fragrance-free products, you won’t have many options to use in the market today unfortunately. Also, technically there is nothing called chemical-free. Everything is a chemical. Even our bodies are made of chemical compounds. Perhaps what you mean is synthetic ingredients? And in my opinion synthetic ingredients have their own place in creating stable and safe skincare :) You need to be knowledgeable enough to choose what is right in your unique case. I had been waiting and looking forward to your comments on the dermdoc products and especially your review on the DOT & KEY VIT C serum. I understand you were very specific about the ingredients list provided, but what i was expecting is to also add on whether the product worked for you ?
