It literally throws two projectiles per 300 points of magic damage. Let's say that for example you have a mage that deals 1200 magic damage in a single instance so the total amount of projectiles from Pandora's Box would be : 1200÷300 = 4 activations 4x2=8 projectiles in total from 1200 magic damage

However I think its too broken for ranged heroes since they can literally play safe with their stacks. Now imagine Cecillion playing safe, with tank guarding it. It's too much. Unlike assassin where they risk to eliminate. Mages or marksman aren't much riskier in comparison.
