How are you supposed to do a pay-after-results offer with Facebook Ads? Because doesn't the client usually cover the Ad Spend?

Yes, the client typically covers the ad spend but you would work for the client for free for a period of time to prove that you can get them results. Once you have achieved the desired results, the client would then pay you for your services. Note that this approach should be used as a last resort as a favor to the client.

I have been providing Facebook ads for a client for a little over a month now and the ads arnt performing as well as I expected them to, only got about 12-13 leads and half weren’t responsive. I’m Continually testing and optimizing. Not sure what else I need to do to improve them. Great video btw

In one of your onboarding videos you said you need to get the Client to enter their payment information into FB Ads, so they are paying monthly for the adverts, and not the agency. But aren't they sending monthly payments to the agency, to do exactly that for them? What i mean is once they pay the agency through stripe, do you then also have them pay for ads through FB? if that makes sense

Thanks for your question! It is mentioned that the client needs to enter their payment information into Facebook Ads. This is to ensure that the client is directly responsible for paying for their ad spend, rather than the agency handling the payments. The agency will invoice the client separately for the service fee, which covers the agency's services and expertise. Hope that answers it!

I just wanna know, in the beginning of starting the agency, is it important to have a legal structure (registered company, taxes, vat...) or i can just start at first and than fix those things later? because i just wanna know if i started creating my business manager on Facebook, does Facebook will ask me for those legal info about my business, or i can just start running ads to my first client and than setup everything later? You can start with client acquisition and when you have clients you have to register your agency legally because you have to write invoices and make contracts.

depends on how you present. If there's any hint of mismatch of words and truth or you come off as too good to be true or really just any deviation from natural conversation, then yes your color is gonna hit your chances more than it would've hit a white guy from the same country. And this is same for all other SMMA aspirants that want to approach foreign clients. and have country and racial or ethnicity gaps. But its not impossible. Depends on the narrative that you built. If you do inbound instead of outbound then it compensates almost entirely for that disadvantage.

however inbound is not recommended to start with. Cold calls are king. But you will face a lot of rejection. Just like any other person. Inbound channels take a lot of time to start rolling and keep you in a passive state and away from pain instead of going and frontloading the pain and getting past that first client and testimonials barrier.

This will play a roll and many white people are much less likely to do business with someone who doesn’t look like you…however that’s not the end of it. Make an offer so hard to refuse and prove it works, you’ll be fine
