I will say this has happened years ago with a Digimon game called Digimon Battle Online, fans recreated the game after the company closed it, but NOW the company of the global game Digimon Masters Online made Digimon RPG (the Korean name of the Digimon Battle Online) so, that game is officialy back now I hope that happen with SoD too soon
