For its size, this camper is superb! Bathroom is amazing... big, no shower curtain, love the marine sealed up door; you’ve got a sealed up wet box. I love it. Not to mention, the most beautifully designed kitchen with tons of thoughtful space saving & massive counter tops (for a 17 footer) I’ve been looking for a 14-16ft with indoor kitchen and full bath (wet or not) but this 17’ is really well designed and, YES, it’s just so dang pretty! The white gloss/lacquer, the little blue lights, streamlined cabinets. ((I’d have those in my house !), and sleek solid greys... all coordinated beautifully. This stuff really shouldn’t matter TOO much, but I just can’t help it... it’s NICE. They came up with some totally new looks... this camper doesn’t even need valances or busy fabrics, very modern. I’m obviously in love and must have one! 😍🤩👍🥰🙏

I love having a big kitchen area in the front of the camper instead of a small one on the side of it like most trailers. That you can see the outside while you're cooking or doing the dishes. The big sink is nice too.

Except for the 30 times PJ said "I Love," which makes this review feel very non objective, I actually think they came up with a nice design overall. Though the front window rock guard option should be included in the price. It's ridiculous to think your not going to crack that huge window in the first 1000 miles of towing. Heck, we have to replace car windows every year or two. My come away; Great camper, too long winded, and should have shown that 10 foot canopy in it's full glory.

InTech needs to build a 5th wheel model, but keep it under 20ft! That big window with a cab-over style queen size bed behind it would be awesome! Also, have a "Rover" model of it so people who want to boondock on BLM land can do so! Roof mounted solar panels and lithium batteries would be great options to have as well. Full-time nomad living at its finest!

I absolutely love this camper but two things concern me. 1. The cabinets do not have a lock or even a latch to keep them closed. 2. Water tanks at the back behind the axel will cause major swaying if full. What are your thoughts about this?

Very valid points. InTech RV did test their design in travel and camping scenarios a number of times. Hopefully the balance and towing considerations were addressed in engineering. Good points/questions to ask InTech RV! We'll have to ask!

Most of the inside storage and the whole kitchen is in front of the axle. Only thing in the back is the table set up and a small outside cubby. Seems like a good bled to me.

I always liked a front kitchen and I like the big window, but I would disagree with the idea that it is easy to replace. (What would it cost to ship it to a window installer?) No rear bumper, Maybe I missed it, but where do you store the sewage hose. Back into something and you damage the skin of the trailer. Poor amount of outside storage area, (Winnebago goes all across the trailer. ) Front door needs to be like Nu-camps with built in storage. Personally, I don't like netted cabinets and prefer doors to keep things hidden and on the shelves with rough roads. What is the roof material? Did I miss that? Are they self-lubing hubs? I do like the styling.

The thing that surprised me is with so much good detail inside, they failed to include struts or combo hinges to hold up the upper cabinet doors. What were they thinking? Also I did not see s single drawer for anything!? Yes no rear bumper or storage tube for sewer hose. Clean and dirty cannot go in the same storage area Except for that I like the interior styling.

Great walk-thru PJ. I always look for your videos even though I do not live nearby. You are the best at explaining the trailers you sell. I am curious is any guess at tongue weight is known (granted it's a prototype at this point). And 2nd wondering if the tire could be mounted on back (it's too hard to get it from underneath). I know the dawn prototype initially had that on there and they moved it, wondering if it won't work there or if it was for aesthetics. Thanks.

I think the whole design would work better if the hitch was on the small window end. No concerns about window breakage (as much) , and the picture window would be pointed in the right direction toward the great view and not the back of a vehicle. Sure you can manhandle it around if you have a perfect flat site...maybe. Also the design then would then give the design feeling of speed and the aerodynamics going down the road. I would like a 2 single bed solution for people 6 ft or a little more in the bed area also .

30 minute video, 10 minutes of info, and I don't think that a fridge should be mounted directly over a heater! Other than that, this is one really nice looking, efficiently set up, small trailer, and it just replaced either the Little Guy Max or Tab 400 as my first choice (I think)!

Cargo weight refers to what the trailer is rated to carry while it's in motion. When the camper is stationary at the campground, or wherever, you can have your 500 lbs of cargo weight plus the weight of humans and pets. Remember, don't tow travel trailers with people or pets inside of them.

I love the kitchen , all that space and very well thought out design. I wonder if the manufacturers have thought about making it so that the upper cabinet doors could stay open on a latch ? so that you can reach in and pull out whatever , and not have the door resting on ones arm?

rubberdc That is not something to think about. Any decent cabinet has struts or holdup hinges. This is a prototype so maybe they just did not get them on but are in the build plan??? Hopefully!

rubberdc I am so sorry if that came across in a rude way. I was trying to be a little funny meaning I agree with you. It is a given in most upper cabinets that I have seen and only a very cheap build would not have them. This is s high quality build so I am assuming they just omitted them as it is a prototype. They are often not in a final state when first shown. If you or I were thinking of buying that model, we would insist that they install the combo hinges or struts. Please accept my apology. Bad humor!

We are the only dealer in Texas for InTech RV products at this time. The Sol is too tall to pass beneath the standard 7 foot tall opening to get into a regular house garage. If there were a way to make it past the 7 ft. eve, then it might fit a regular garage, but most houses would require some modification to allow a trailer that's this tall to pass through. We only have an InTech Luna in our rental fleet at this time. The Luna is a smaller, teardrop trailer-style camper. (You cannot stand up in a Luna, and there are no bathroom facilities in it.)

you can tell good camping trailer manufacturers from bad ones, and this company apparently doesn't listen to actual buyers of these units and that small cabinet under the TV is a perfect example, they use the limited storage to store cushions that could have been placed somewhere else and put adjustable shelves in that cabinet, the last thing a buyer, especially at these prices, wants to do is DIY on these cabinets

Very few travel trailers come with onboard generators. For one they need a special compartment. Most travel trailer owners carry a portable gen which is used outside. A newer popular option are the lithium portable power generators like The Jackery and other brands. Neither one will operate the roof air unless you have 3000 watt gen.

Be fore you buy be advised that any trailer in excess of 8’wide is ILLEGAL in some states. Your insurance might not cover a claim if you are ILLEGAL!

Specifically, per AAA at this web site, drivinglaws.aaa.com/tag/trailer-dimensions/ 8' 6" seems to be pretty much standard in the US, however the exceptions on the list are Tennessee and Texas, which state 8'. In Canada, again per AAA, 2.6 meters (or a fuzz over 8.5 feet, or 8' 8") seems to be standard.
