Dallas Green is incredible. It's simply just that.

its hard to find artists that you prefer to hear live rather then through an album, dallas is definitely one of them.

The guitar and bass riff def has a tragically hip vibe to it

@TubbzTayloR: Show me one guitarplayer today with his amount of talent and popularity. There is none. He brought back the dumblesound to big stages and got teens to scream when he starts a slow blues song. Your move.

@TubbzTayloR: Dallas Green is a good guitar player and I absolutely love his acoustic stuff, but he's not in the same league as John Mayer guitarwise. Have you ever tried playing "Stop This Train", "Neon" or "Heart Of Life"? I can't do it like he does, but since you know better you probably can. Popularity DOES mean something. There are hundredths of artists out there better than Butler and Faulkner left unnoticed - no one of them showed millions of people good guitarwork like John does.

@jaknebz John Mayer is the new Hendrix/Stevie Ray Vaughan of our generation. Check out his jazz trio and drop the anti semitic attitude.
