This Pipe Towers revamp used to be a mod, but that mod has a different level design from this, it’s the same level design as the old Pipe Towers (The beginning is almost the same), but assets like new Goombas, Mushroom Powerups or others look the same. (Some of them have different design)

yep. Skydusk and Team Blue Spring kept working on and expanding the stage well after releasing the version of the mod that's on the message board, with plans to create a full Mario-themed zone called Pipe Kingdom Zone, alongside some other bonus levels. the level pack never ended up getting finished, but I'm glad that this version of the level was finally able to see the light of day! (this particular version is actually from a couple years back and was planned to be scrapped and remade _again_, but the version that came after this one never got very far along.) also, if you wanna check out a WIP version of act 2, it was released as part of the 2022 Spring ULDC.

2.2.14 touched-up and redrew a lot of character sprites, as well as adding new ones like that. It's super cool!

"This update is not only bugfixing" PFFFF yeah right. We ought to thank Ugly Knuckles for pretty much breaking modded maps in their entirety, along with a slew of new issues that have somehow been overlooked (Vanilla Scoreboards for team games, for example)

those were fixed now I think (even uglyknux) but who knows when there'll be a new patch that includes the fixes, hopefully soon

That’s strange. I tried a few mods in this versión, including The Lag Killer one that makes a Lot of problems in levels and all worked pretty well (Lag Killer Even works better LOL)

I like that you can now have shield abilities on a button seperate from the spin button, but I decided to just map it back to the spin button. I do think this change - combined with already existing feature to map multiple actions on 1 button - is a good idea, but i'm just used to having it on the same button as spin, because after years, i've returned since 2.2.13 & played it a lot to this day (aside from breaks when i played at the time new games like dragon ball sparking zero, × gens & Mario & Luigi brothership) Since

The new pipe towers isn't made from scratch it's from a 2022 build of a canceled but now open sourced mod called PKZ that remakes Mario Mode as Mario Mode ++
