At the left, it is static and looks like Jupiter or Venus, the small blinking light at the center is probably a plane, it is even possible to see the navigation lights, and the large purple blinking light at the right is the camera's autofocus reflection on a window glass. The orbs are everywhere, I've seen them for decades, day and night, but I can't see any on this video.

That could be, but the fact that it’s changing shape and moving independent from the camera movement seems to nullify that idea.

It is not exactly changing shape, but perspective because the camera and the autofocus lenses are moving.

@@SomewhereInTheSolarSystem Wouldn't the lit up building beneath that "blinking light" also change because of auto focus changes? Why would an isolated light change, but not the lights from the building? Not that I entirely disagree with your summary, because people seem reluctant to go outside and insist on recording through windows all the time, which can confuse the camera focus for sure...especially if the blinking is something being reflected in the window glass from the inside. But I still think if it were solely a focus issue, other elements in the viewfinder would also blur and regain acuity...
