funny, use to watch you and another dude 20 years ago in your wanna get fast vids… been using your approach for several decades and it, along with my adds, works. i remember the euorpeon chick on the small mini tramp work out. been doing fly 10a with 1 yard and 10 yard starts since 2004 and nobody was doing it. every one was doing 40s and power cleans line it was the cure for cancer and they were dead wrong. somebody askes me several months ago if i k ew about feed the cats and i said nope. heard and then watched FTC vids and its like the dude had been watching my practices and pirating my stuff. anyways, its good to see you busy making folks better…. because of your early stuff you put online and sold i was able to help hindreds of kids live there dreams. thanks. maranatha in 2024

Coach - I really appreciate your creativity with addressing imbalances to gait. In regards to diagonal runs though - wouldn´t this cause a compromised pattern on the other foot? Or would you do this on both sides to strengthen both feet?

Is there a reason the diagonal single leg hop and diagonal bounds are labeled as different exercises? It seems the two athletes are performing the same task

Chris if you improve your video presentation skills on such above drills and sessions your channel will rank much higher but alas these poor video samples do not do justice to your great knowledge of sprinting.
