Remember to Play every day! Or at least a hot foot soak or warm bath. After Assisting my Hospice Death Duola and Dementia clients I took a small sponge bath of salt water. It's to clear and reset your energetic field. When we take pain away from others we also take it on ourselves and not knowing it. My sister called me a Sin Eater and told me it wasn't fair to take their lessons away. I understand what she meant now.

When something goes a different way, I remind myself that this is how it’s supposed to be. That lessons come in and things are taken out or not aligned because bigger things are coming in. I am a divine being of light and I am divinely blessed. I am lucky and the universe shows me how lucky I am. Anyone reading this reminder for today. You are blessed and everything works out for you and works out exactly how it’s supposed. Keep pushing take breaks and reset when you’re feeling weighed down

Thank you much for this healing music 💖🌟🕯🌈💚 its the only thing that helps me get some sleep/peace atm!! Tried to find a cd....but no luck (please let me know if you do do cds of this!!!)...i want to switch my phone off for a good week or so to destimulate, avoid distraction, and get some rest!! Have ordered some cds in a similar vein to this - but sadly couldnt find long playing signing bowls on their own. Currently having a chronic fatigue relapse which is....not nice. However im fortunate in that i can actually see im learning so many lessons, and some things i truly need to do. I know its time (well, when ive recovered!) To move. That is absolutely huge for me....i never thought id do such a thing, or if i could i wouldnt do it before my parents had left this earth plane.
