Well from what I've seen so far, I have to say I am an all time Shinobi and Kenji fan. Shinobi is very talented with a Katana and knows how to fight which is a great addition to the Spy Ninjas. And Kenji in my opinion could be the next Justine or Cloaker. So yeah I hope one or both joins the Spy Ninjas.

Hey Vy, I dont think any of them are ready to be an Official Spy Ninja yet but if they are, they shouldn't replace the OG Spy Ninjas and instead they should be apart of another Spy Ninja team called the Spy Ninja Fighting division (if they prove that they really have SN tenants) so that way you'll have a bigger chance at defeating scattered skull/nobody gets replaced also its NOT just you guys dealing with this problem since Someone has been stalking Regina, Daniela (Alie) and Daniel but I believe that it could be Scattered skull messing with them
