Old Trafford is hallowed ground - just like Anfield, Bernabeu and Nou Camp. All 3 of them have been redeveloped. To ditch the home of the Busby Babes, Best/Law/Charlton, the Sir Alex years, seems unimaginable to me. Aren´t we above that?

As a United fan I'd love this to be true but the reality is old Trafford will probably get a lick of paint and a patched up roof and that's about all..
