Yes but still multiscale. I’d love an extremely bare bones Strandberg bass , even a resqd model for under $1500. I’d totally get one, even if the pickups aren’t great and I could care less about the tone woods. The Prog 4 is on my list to get and that’s super sick, I just wish they’d make them with longer scale lengths and not fuckin $3k which is the price of a used USA or J Boden, which is insane

Nice finally they make regular frets, not the fanned, and more affordable.

Great, now we just need a neck thru version of the essential, charge an extra couple of hundred bucks and you can have my money

I got a fusion 6 NT Teal 2019, genuinely much easier to play instrument and just feels so good but you don’t notice it until you play above the 15th fret, but it is great for leads and soloing and makes playing that higher so much easier. I’d love a USA Boden Neckthru 7 Tremolo, or USA 6 Tremolo HSS or HSH Neckthru, that’d be my dream Strandberg with certain woods like redwood, claro walnut, black limba, Koa, Wenge, etc.

You did not mention the real Strandberg ambassador ~ PLINI.

Beautiful guitars! But no one can tell me that tonewood still plays a role!

Hmmm… isn’t that neck joint EXCACTLY the way Tom Anderson does it? It’s 100% cool, though!
