Lack of Folate (because Folic Acid is bad news, and isn't Folate). People have a Folate deficiency these days. If you have little to no fingernail moons, hop to it on the Folate, either Methylfolate or Folinic Acid, preferably Methylfolate (and B12, and other B's).
