I’m loving this home. Back in 2006 my husband and family did a major remodel on our beach house, with very little experience, watching DIY shows, thinking it was easy, how crazy. We bought the lot and had the original house built 1,700 sq ft. in 1989. Our additional was another 1,700 sq ft and I want to update it, from the bad choices and finish some rooms that we didn’t update. 3,400 sq ft vacation beach house is starting to be overwhelming now that we are getting older and my husband had a stroke. So, I wanna rent it out as a Airbnb and make it start paying for the updates. You have given me some great ideas but, I’m not sure about my choices of timeless material. Do you provide such services?
