Not really when a stray 1 bar super deletes can delete a health bar from other custom characters. Plus, you’re reliant on your opponent hoarding their ki instead of spending their ki, which…..who does that?

I'm not gonna use it on the Blue forms since that's high key broken (And that I need Ki regen Super Souls on the Blue forms) but I've found it to be a very good compliment to Ultra Instinct. It plays very well alongside it's defensive benefits.

It is op but I think it actually encourages far more interesting gameplay and that’s why I like it, it forces the other player to actually be creative with their Ki and heavily punishes builds that try to conserve it endlessly.

You also need to try using fighting pose J to this. This is the pose that increases your stamina recovery. Also, wouldn’t Angry Shout be practical here since you have massive Stamina regeneration, so it wouldn’t be too risky to have it ready in case you need more ki to sustain SSBE?

I feel like a good player will just use their ki whenever they land a hit, rendering this super soul effectively useless. A lot of these opponents had opportunities to spend their ki freely and they didn't making this super soul seem way more effective than it should be. Edit: Even if it is that good of a super soul, the meta would just become to equip a skill that can drain your ki easy or that you can safely spam, such as Super God Fist, Ki Explosion, Shine Shot, Handy Canon, etc. Demon Ray (since you can spend your ki while being hit) etc.

Namekians now having natural Regen combined with this Regen and amazing stamina Regen on top of that... Majins having the ability to grab into time control forcing the opponent to be stuck at max ki for like 16 GRABS... Constantly getting stamina and health back the entire time... By the time the combo ends they will be DEAD while your at max hp and stamina again....

Yea it works well with blue and evo but just think about the implications of it on majins and namekians.... If you just have 15 bars of stamina on amale majin with this super soul and you use gogogum to force them to be unable to use any attacks and just sit there while you Regen your stamina at insane speed... It's unbelievable... If you make a majin have a bunch of basic attack damage gogogum and time control with this super soul you become just utterly GODLY... You can sit back and enjoy being UNKILLABLE and if they start spamming then simply grab into time control and grab again to HOLD THEM AT WHATEVER KI THERE AT FOR 16 GRABS.... Think about that for a second... They can't move or spam at all for 16 GRABS and the entire time your just healing and gaining stamina.... EVEN IF THEY HAVE AN ABSERSD DEFENCE AND HEALS THEY STILL WONT BE ABLE TO DO SHIT AGAINST THE INSANE BROKENNESS YOU HAVE... And add mui on top of that to get even more defensive after all that and suddenly you don't even need high damage to win a fight because eventually they will slowly die while you just laugh in the corner tanking and regenerating every hit with 0 consequences

More stamina = more vanishes and evasives. It allows you to dodge more. With the only downside being a longer stamina break but there are super souls to get around that and limit bursts.

this would be better on ui it's hindering how you play when blue is more of a form you want to be more aggressive as since ki degen and its stamina recovery is already immaculate so have ki auto regen is still better than this specially if it only works if your opponents ki is up. at that point they're more likely to spam you to keep their ki benefiting you

Yes but that’s the goal, spam is easy to avoid and it prevents them from being able to ult you. As a Male saiyan with 200 basic myself it allows me to do way more damage than the opponent in direct fights and if they engage me in a fight and don’t pay attention to the Ki they will give me free health and my stamina back while they only continue to lose more and more stamina themselves.

I found out that this Super Soul is perfect to run with the Brutal Buster Evasive as you can charge it for some insane damage and it knocks back your opponent so you can fly to the ground and recover all the stamina back.

This super soul honestly isn’t that great. It relies on your opponent having high ki and if they know how the super soul works they will keep it low. It’s a very big disadvantage that I refuse to risk.
