I always think about Mel when her fav brands release something. I often rewatch her videos for inspiration and recreating looks. She will forever be missed but I am so happy we get to keep watching her videos thanks to her family to allow the channel to be active. Mel was such a special soul! I miss hearing her say “hey beauties” and the amazing skill she had! I found your channel through Mel also Charlotte and of course Kelsie Brianna BAE!! I am so glad her family honored her special place on KZbin by keeping her channel up. It took me a minute to be able to watch them without crying and I am so proud to have been one of her “beauties” and I learned so much from her. I purchased a second Tiny Marvels palette when SG re-released it in her honor, so I would have a backup. The quality and uniqueness will probably never be duplicated. Hello Tara, I hope all is well with your family. I have to say to this day I still watch Mel’s videos. And it hasn’t been the same without her, at least for me. I think what you say in the beginning of your video is the same way I thought about Mel and the looks she would do with this palette. I love that you did 3 looks and I was waiting for you to do a video with this palette. The 2nd look was my favorite. I wish I didn’t have such hooded eyes. Your eyes have more space then mines, so when I put the shimmer color on my lid it transfers to the crease. I try not to put to much shimmer color on my lid. Thanks for the video Tara. But you, not being Mel, dear Tara, you made such amazing eyelooks, with this wonderful palette👏👏👏👏, and it's not the easiest palette!!!! I can't buy Sydney Grace just yet. As soon as these were released I and I got that "tell-tale lump at the back of my throat", and I knew. A massive THANK YOU Tara for mentioning Mel 🕊🕊🕊, she's kinda synonymous with SG, she loved the formula so much. Anyhoooooo, (big shake off 😉), yikes, that everlasting shade really did go on and on!! You won't hit pan on that one for a long time 😂 I love the blend that you do along the crease, just above the lid. i always think about mel, and whenever i hear the words sydney grace, i instantly think of my FAVORITE palette in the world. i use my tiny marvels so often and i’m soooo careful with her. i think this palette is absolutely beautiful. i’ve always wanted the enduring love palette, and i love the fact that this palette wasn’t full of pinks. the looks you created were soooo beautiful, and those greens look exquisite on you. mel’s definitely smiling right now. i love your sweet face!!! 💚💚💚

I have been thinking of Mel a lot lately, there’s a cartoon coming out from Disney that has a red panda and I can’t help but smile because I know how much she loved them! 💝 I miss her so much on KZbin, there’s no one I watch with the talent she had, when I wanted to come up with something creative I’d always look for her take on the palettes, of course I didn’t buy them unless she reviewed them first because if Mel said it’s no good, then it was no good! 🤣

I recent it started trying Sydney Grace products and I’d say her formula rivals and at times far better than ND. I love how she creates two different shade options. If smaller brand can do that, then why can’t bigger brands do the same? This is definitely on my list to pick up!!! It’s nice that it isn’t an over the top valentines palette so it can be used all the time.

Thanks for the review of the pallet. I haven’t picked it up as I’ve not purchased any Sidney Grace just yet. I’ve gone back and forth many times almost purchasing a pallet from SG, Lethal Cosmetics, Cozzette, so many other names come to time - brands who offer options that appear stunning online but each time, I hold off. I’m the worlds worst at returning things if I don’t like it- just never take the time to ship back. Which means money wasted if I don’t like the quality. If the brand becomes available thru Sephora or Ulta, I’ll gladly try because I return in store if I don’t like. When I watch my go-to YTers, such as you, I’m more interested in learning about formula, application and the overall quality of the product so than you for the insight. Color story is such a subjective thing and we all like what we like so I typically never let it sway me if someone doesn’t love the color story and I do but don’t mind at all if you share your prefer on color story. 😎 Gorgeous looks!

This looks beautiful! The second eye look got messy but when you cleaned it up it was absolutely gorgeous! I've never purchased a Sydney Grace palette (I missed Mel's 😔) but I might get this one. I have deep set eyes like you. I feel like they're sinking back into my skull. I've been afraid to wear darker colors on the lid, but they look so good on you that I'm going to give it a try. XOXO

I really like Sydney Grace shadows; they are excellent quality. The only palette I have is Tiny Marvels, then I have lots of individual shadows to make my own palette. I like this, I’ll think about it. I was trying to cut down on buying palettes because I have more than I can ever use in my lifetime. The 2nd and 3rd looks were my favorites. I’m a little tired of the pink looks, even though they are pretty. I think I just overdid it and burnt myself out on that kind of a look
