I use to get emotionally attached to the stuff in the house. It was like a trap. I still use that journal called Throw It Away by Guru Notebooks sometimes. It helps realizing that stuff doesn't mean much.

New subscriber, I love cleaning motivation and declutter videos 🤗 I've liked that you've filmed while emptying that paper bin in the trash bag at 9:57 👍 I always like to see things get discarded and any trash can around the house emptied while cleaning to fee the house is fresh again. Also because I struggle so much to toss few things like nicer paper clutter (magazines, clothes stores catalogues/flyers) and mostly any old clothe that can't be donated. At the moment you've tossed that paper bin, I was hoping it would have been less edited to see better, but at least it didn't looked like it contained any of the ones I struggle to discard haha. Same when you grabbed the trash bag and started to throw a small pile of clothes in it as an extremely fast speed I was like ''slow down, I want to see'' haha and then I've realised it was all for donation ☺ So when someone film while emptying any trash cans, (mostly the kitchen one as it's where whenever have been decluttered can't go out of it) I always try to spot something I struggle to toss even if it's always satisfying even when there's nothing special 😅

@@allybiebs_ I've just watched it and I personally much prefer unedited or sligthly edited videos like that instead of trying to save few seconds on a 5 seconds chore haha mostly when there's some stuggle doing the task, I like to see it like when a trash bag refuse to go out of the bin for exemple 🤣 But as you've mentionned it was unedited, and then when I've saw that you've left the bathroom trash bag next to the kitchen one and that you've still had another one that needed to be emptied, I was thinking you were about to toss those 2 bathroom bags in the kitchen one and then empty it haha but you've filmed it before I've mentionned that 😆 I mostly hope that if you need to toss nicer paper clutter like fashion magazines, clothes stores catalogues/flyers and mostly any clothes that can't be donated, that you'll think about filming it if it's happening while you're already making a cleaning video 😇

I donate everything that is able to be donated then used to recycle but it honestly just added extra clutter and trash bc we have to take them somewhere and it was just an extra step that I didn’t have time for. So I try to burn it now instead of putting it in the land fill but when you live in the country you are limited on stuff

@@allybiebs_ I totally understand that struggle 😇 I'll enjoy watching your cleaning videos even if you don't remember haha but I wanted to give you that idea as most people just toss nicer things off camera probably because some people wouldn't understand we don't all have the same services depending where we live would complain. As you've already tossed' paper in that one, right away I knew you might be the one who will film while discarding the things I struggle to 😆 I also donate whatever I can and it feel so good. Sometimes I even donate things that I think will soon not be good enough to donate just because I know I'll get stuck with it when it can only be discarded 😅 The fire is a really good idea, but it's not something I can do home. And btw I also like your red trash can haha first time I see one that is a bright color as most people try to blend it with the decor, I personally like the contrast it makes 👌

I’m with u on taking my house back I’ve always been a working mom up tell last year in June my mental health was bad so I walked out of my job I was there for 4 years but I haven’t really done a really deep clean or make over in my home I do rent so there isn’t much I can do with out asking the owner but he is really good about me doing stuff to the home been here for 6 years now but I do get what u mean im really trying to get my home back as well ❤❤❤❤ keep up the good work ❤

I got the rug at rural king on sale around Christmas time I think they still have them on their website. They are faux ones but I do have a few real ones around my house also.
