I’ve hear a lot of nice things about the area. I have 60 right by me which I quite busy and congested. I don’t think I would mind a HOA. Beach is far but not to far that I won’t drive to it lol. Great video

I like your videos of the area I am from around here and Sarasota. Anyway yeah in FL you need a car to get anywhere really. What I have found moving anywhere in FL is that you really need to live next to the places you frequent the most. I mean really make a good solid list of the top places you need to go. I know that seems obvious but when you live in most places in FL its best to know your habits/places you frequent or you will spend a lot more on gas and commutes.

I MISS Florida sooo much! I plan on going back ( I'm in Minnesota ) I was in the New Port Richey area and drove to Wesley chapel for work. I also LOVE cycling the suncoast trail and starkey! I am looking forward to going back! I loved where I was. Back in Minnesota temporarily ( family here ) the fall is pretty but what comes after that here is BRUTAL! Summer is short-lived in Minn.

Good information Eric! Its weird watching your vids now that I'm a resident lol I agree the area is very nice, well kept and everyone is nice enough lol We can get to Clearwater by hoping on 75. We get there in about 25 min which is worth EVERY bit of time since Clearwater is beautiful. Much better than crummy Jersey shore lol. HOA's...ugh we learned that along with insects, that seems to be the FL welcome!

Eric welcome I have been living in Wesley Chapel for 15yrs and I love the area. I'm Pasco our sales tax is 7 percent in Citrus Park is 8.5 and the schools are better. Way to go Pasco County Wow 🧡🤩😀

Brandon Riverview area is great, you will find everything you need right off 60... To compare take a drive up i75 and get off the Bruce B Downs BLvd exit and just keep driving north to check out the area (swing by one of the new construction communities).

Hello hugo Moran my family and I are also from the Long Island area of Huntington. Planning on moving to Florida....choosing between the Jacksonville or Tampa area. We flew to the Jacksonville area last February and really enjoy our stay. We flew into Tamp yesterday and so far it's been raining hard. But we trying to make the best of it.

@@smills475 hi shawn . From what I hear is that it rains everyday in the summer for a little while in tampa . I never looked into Jacksonville but I'm sure it's nice. Tampa seems like a more likely destination for me because of where its situated on the Florida map and the fact my girlfriend has family there. Also jobs and house prices seem to be good there

@Hugo all of those areas are all great, you can't go wrong with either, it comes down to personal preference. @Shawn yes, it rains daily in the summer you should still be able to enjoy it, as usually 30mins+ after the rain everything is back to normal. I never considered Jacksonville because I wanted to be on the Gulf side, good luck to you both.

Great info..im in the Citrus Park area and you are pretty accurate on those numbers..im african American and when I moved here 20 years ago I didn't see people who look like me it was far and few. I'm hoping that you could do a segment on people who are moving from big cities like New York Chicago I'm originally from Chicago my sister is moving here and she doesn't drive so what we're do people live that don't drive LOL. That has been a challenge for me most places are not walking distance to the grocery store to the Walgreens you know things that you find in the big city you can walk right to and you don't even need a car I don't know... they're only about a handful of places I found and because Tampa is building up so much like for example were Costco is I'm sure you were here when they build the Costco they're getting a Sprouts there you know they're Apartments where she can walk to there's a CVS it's a bit expensive but those are far and few communities that are like that where you can just walk to get to where you want to go the plus side of this whole thing is that we live in a place where people vacation how lucky are we

There is a few local bars but for nightlife you would want to go to ybor or downtown 30-40mins.

Nah... Unless you crazy and go in like lakes and swamps, you wont be close to Alligators. Snakes are not that common and the venomous ones are even less common. Face your fear, I did, I am scared of all that too lol

$500k gives you lots of options you may want to consider South Tampa, that puts you in the heart of everything, with shops, airport etc real close. If you prefer a more suburb lifestyle consider Westchase, Lutz.
