Tanzania is the only country in East and Central Africa with the best local markets and is doing really well. Some neighboring countries don't even have proper bus stations or clean markets. Tanzania is setting a good example.

we do have such markets in Uganda . check out Soroti , mbale, jinja, Lira, Hoima, central markets but Ugandans will choose to sell their products outside those markets 😂😂😂

One thing I have noticed about Tanzania is that its project are aimed at transforming the lives of its citizens. The government is intentional about it. They are not undertaking unnecessary projects that will cost tax payers a lot of money yet have little or no tangible impact.

These markets(marikiti) are almost 20 of them some u would think are mini malls but they are for locally citizens one thing bertin show them our judicial court buildings they would shocked infact the best
