Great video and point if your US SM LLC DE is not subject to U.S. taxes in your situation, forming a US LLC taxed as a partnership, in the same situation should be the same result.

Hello, nice content. I have a question and I hope you can help. I have a LLC in the UAE and an amazon account in the UAE as well. I'm trying to expand to the US and try open an Amazon US account over my LLC in the UAE. Do you see any issues with this structure? and do I have to pay Taxes except sales taxes? I'm intending to use the Amazon FBA, so the goods will be stored in the amazon warehouses.

I'm a Canadian with a Canadian corporation, but all my credit card processing in the United States which is substantial gets charged with a foreign assessment fee for both Visa and MasterCard. This equates approximately an additional 1% which is substantial. Is it possible to open a US corporation or LLC just the process credit card payments? With a US-based processor? Will I have to file with the IRS on that corporation and pay tax? Or can I use it as a flow through to the Canadian corporation and just use it for processing at a lower rate?

So I have Wise and they have a "savings account" that can earn 4.33% APY, it requires to be a US Person, I haven't been able to apply because of it, does this solve this issue?
