They are not. Kakashi stated that academy Boruto is chunnin level, but this guy made him only gennin. Child Mitsuki was able to react Suigetsu and then attack him, but he was lower than child Tsunade, who has 0 feats. Team 7 is far stronger than sannins and debatable are on par with Sannins adult forms. With power ups such as Sage mode or karma, far stronger than them. I don't want to talk about Borushiki

Before you answer on this comment,keep in mind that this is just my Hypothetical view on it: Both Sage mode Mitsuki and MS Sarada will be stronger than high kage level. Lets start with mitsuki: His sage mode is mad OP, he was (Then running) too fast for orochimarus eyesight, like hell, prime orochimaru. And that was the first usage, if he masters his sage mode at will, he will be god damn OP, Alteast Legendary tier, close to demigod + keep in mind that he can get other amps by orochimaru too. Sarada's Case is a bit worse: Because her power depend on her MS abilities, if she gets something like amaterasu (which can be countered by karma users + Ninja tool users) then she will be high kage. But if she gets a Mad OP Genjutsu Based MS, its game and Set, in addition with plot armor cells (hashiramas cells) she can easily archive Legend Level maybe even Demigod level (Warning this is just a idea that alot of Fans wanted sasuke to do, but i see it for sarada too: what if she gets makes a susanoo body armor, like a actual armor, not the skelleton one) that would boost her aswell + hashi's cells grand you wood style if im not wrong. Boruto is Boruto, he's the MC. He will be haxed as shit and easily archive god level.
