Nice new scope! Avid astrophotographer here. Great explanation of the scope. BTW: The F thing is called the "focal ratio". It's the ratio of the diameter of the telescope aperture to the focal length. In your case this is aperture: 280mm divided by focal length 2800mm = focal ratio: F10.

Hi Noah! First time on your channel. Great job on the imaging but more importantly...it's so nice to see that you have a passion for this. So many dismiss it or allow it to make them feel insignificant at first. However you mentioned feeling emotions. That is the key. This is more than science! Don't worry, those questions are rhetorical (you can look up the big words later). You go ahead and enjoy your "Drooling as a Hobby" club meeting, where I'm guessing you and your pals are trying to figure out if breath is real or just imagined (spoiler alert: it's real). Hello young man, Just watched your video stacking shots of Saturn and Jupiter. They look so cool and it's amazing that you are getting to create such amazing images from that great scope. You are a lucky fella having such a nice scope but you are earning the right to that good fortune by your organisation, commitment and your skills as an operator and photographer. i'm probably four times your age, living over in the UK. I live in a big high-rise city with lots of night-time light pollution and lots of crappy rainy and cloudy skies for 7mths of the year, so astronomy can be difficult over here unless you can get out in the wild and it's taken me to my early 50's before i finally got myself a set-up and began to learn from scratch how to setup, view and refine images. You are miles ahead of me in your knowledge and i hope that your passion and fascination stays with you. Nothing comes close to the majesty of the night-time sky from our little planet. it's a hidden world of treasures and these cool devices are like a magic key to unlock them !! keep up the good work buddy !!
