Thank you for a well thought out and executed how-to video and review. This is the best version of an Apple CarPlay integration that I’ve seen. The only thing I still would like to see demonstrated is the air flow over the display by holding a piece of tissue in front of the steering wheel.

I really like this idea, but having the dash in 2 pieces is not good, if this kit was a single dash piece replacement it would be great. Wouldn’t buy it just for that reason, it spoils the clean look of a single dashboard.

This is by far the best M3 accessory I’ve seen. I just wish it had the option to get alcantara on the dash replacement pieces. Does the kit include replacement panels for the doors that have ambient lighting? In the video the ambient lighting was on the top of the doors in addition to the front dashboard.

Few questions: About Carplay, works it in correct time as If you but a car with carplay integrated or does it delay 2 seconds during calls and button commands? Price? Is tesla warranty canceled with this Installation? Any video about head up display in the glass?

The idea is sound, and it works well-BUT- it turns the nice looking two tone dash into the dash 'from a Pinto"! UGGH! One solid grey, hard plastic. If it was covered as the original, or better, in choice of finish--it would be vastly better. If I owned a "Highland" and used this, I would first cover the ugly plastic with SOMETHING ELSE!

This just proves elons stubbornness with deleting the stalks and refusing to ad a small hud or screen behind the steering wheel. Tesla could partner with a company like this or do their own setup and charge extra for it! I know many 40-60 year olds interested in evs able to easily afford one and like the idea of supporting a domestic oem like tesla. But hate the idea of everything on the main screen, no stalks and no hud or drivers display! Even I at 42 hate driving in the newer ones without any stalks vs my friends 2018 m3p with stalks smh.

Bought from them ambient lighting kit for Model 3 P (2022) and will never buy again (for u it's nice, you either got this for free or free + they paid for you for this video, but I paid almost 600e and parts wasn't plug and play, customer service nice before you buy, but after they just directs u to "technical service" which is in China and good luck chating with them... they write you back in about 24h, so 4 messages you'll get in one month). Overall Hansshow I would NOT recommend, unless maybe it's small stuff. One way or another, I bought ambient light and no one was able to put it to my car, so driving with panels but no lights... and they don't even let me write a comment in their site :D tried 3 times and they just not approve it.

As for the ambient light kit, they have offered the product for review many times but I didn’t want to do it because I knew the installation would be difficult and involve removing the door inside. I could try to contact Hansshow regarding your issue with their product from my end and see if they would have any solution for you.
