@@atreidesN it was a 10 minute test drive in a thunderstorm so hard to say on the performance side of things. It didn't feel massively different to my 2021 M3P but I've got a 24hr test drive of it again tomorrow. The seats were a LOT better. Much more support! Quieter inside as well and the suspension felt a lot nicer in standard mode and in sport, similar to the ride in my M3P. I've ordered one, hopefully will get it at the end of July / early August.

Test drove one today, love the seats, it’s quiet, comfy and insane acceleration. Indicators are a let down but I could live with them.

Interesting you mentioned tyre pressures I took a long range back in march and all the tyres had flat spots because the cars had spent longer on the boat then normal due to the red sea route being closed. Tesla changes all four tyres but be interesting to hear if anyone else had had tyre pressure/ flat spot issues in the model 3 . Really can't fault the customer care though.

It’s a bummer they’ve given the UK a weak version. Why? You’ve more experience than most with Teslas and you don’t seem as blown away as you could have been? I’ve just picked up my highland dual most after a MY. I’m very happy. Ride quality, feel and quality has jumped up a lot. I loved my Y but I already really like this. I’m sure the performance version will have hidden abilities that will become apparent on track.

In comfort suspension it’s similar to standard highland which is pretty good. In sport it’s like the old performance 👍

I thought that was 0-100kmh in 3.1s which is 62mph not 0-60mph like the U.S. uses. 🤔 Best posted 0-60mph for a U.S. spec m3p with rollout on dragy so far is 2.73s & 10.84@124+mph for 1/4mile time. 👍🏻😀

From the looks of it, the 460hp Highland Performance should outperform the old Panasonic 510hp Performance (US built cars in the UK) to the 1/4 mile. Obviously the new US Highland Performance is totally different, but it seems Tesla is still improving the performance for us even with the drop in horsepower.

Tesla are absolutely ripping us off here in the UK. The Model 3 Performance here in the UK is £59,990. In the US it’s £34,000 ($42,490). What the clucking bell is going on…?

Shame it’s down 50bhp on the US version, and down a decent amount of torque too. And it’s half the price over there (this isn’t offset by VAT/sales taxes). We just get shafted on spec and price. It ought to have had 600bhp+ and carbon wrapped motors at both ends.

Owned a 2019 M3P for 37k miles and 3 years and loved it more than any car I’ve owned before. Test drove this new one the other day and wow it gave me everything I loved from the old one, and lots of improvements, small but noticeable! Best performance car in the market by a large margin. This will smash it in Sal sac if Tesla can sort out their b2b sales processes!

I ordered mine 3 days after launch and the delivery window was June and over the month and a half it has changed 5 or 6 times. Last Sunday it changed again to August 20 to September 20. I am really getting tired of the BS primarily because my trade is getting more miles which gives Tesla the opportunity to lower the offer on my trade. As of right now if you order one it says July - August so know if you order one their delivery window means nothing. Order a 5N instead which I'm about ready to do.

I wanted one until I saw zero innovation in the battery with the same old LG pack that charges slow that I have in my 2020 car. Also very disappointing that its not quicker and only has 460hp. 😢 Last but not least the range is very bad due to aero and large wheels. Its effectively 15-20% less in daily use compared to the standard range which you can have at 100% all the time as you should only charge it to max 80% day to day. I will buy when it comes with the next gen CATL pack which will have 10min to fully charged and better c-rating so that we can access the motors +600hp potential.

The Performance model does look way better (would look even better in red imo), but my concern was always about the ride quality compared to Long Range. Is it good enough to be a daily driver given the thinner tyres and firmer suspension? I’m so glad to hear the ride quality is good but a comparison video would be much appreciate. Perhaps see how it does with speed bumps too.

Completely agree with the White for this version, I picked my new one up Friday and a White Performance was in front of me, and it really does highlight the wing, the new splitters and really looks spot on. All other versions, get an option colour!

They didn't make the suspension more comfortable in standard mode, missed opportunity to make it more comfortable than long/standard range variants.
