What a belting figure! He's got a lot to answer for! Not only have I spent a small fortune on Man-dos-no-nor-nians recently, because of Jarvis Ring-piece, I've literally just put my absolutely dreadful knock-off of the original build up pac Ma-nan-do in an acrylic case so it matches the other carded/boxed stuff. Excellent review as per usual Sir!!

Yeah, Mando went back up on Amazon at retail briefly last week - I shoulda grabbed a second one. Now it's back up to 3rd party seller prices. It'll be available again at some point.

Amazing work Matt, thanks ! The fig is simply brilliant. It’s proof that Hasbro can do it if they want to. Gonna absolutely have to give them credit for this although I’m normally very very critic about them. Especially for the price point and the many upgrades, unbeatable. Also loved the episode in BoBF. The butchery scene… absolutely brutal ! Am so happy they also put in the knife although he can’t really hold it 😅🤣🤣 This is a must have figure.

Mine took a while too. Honestly only Black Series I have been able to get lately. Just not much going on. Love this figure. It took so long to get a great, great Mando. Keep up the great work Mando.

Yeah, we may have a bit of a dry spell until spring. I'm editing the Tusken Chieftain review as I'm typing this. I have the Pyke Soldier arriving next week. That looks good. I'm liking the sculpt. It now looks more like a guy in armour. An extra, tighter grip hand is something Hasbro should've included. The knees only bending to 90° is a bit poor. Hasbro should be able to do better. I had the same problem with the shoulder armour on my Wrecker: Bad Batch fig and an Axe Woves. They just sheared off when I rotated them. I had to glue them in place. Finally a cloth cape! Hasbro has learned their lesson...no wait, their re-releasing this in Mandalorian packaging with a plastic cape.🙄

The sculpt is far superior. The knife - ugh... That's too bad about your Wrecker and Axe. I wasn't going to force the shoulders on the new Mando - they felt like they just weren't going to go. And yes - The Mines of Mandalore version -- why, Hasbro? They release a stellar figure and then take a step backwards. I don't get it... Thanks for watching, Jonathan!

Absolute killer Mando here. The best in the line, I know that because I did get the Mines of Mandolore one, which I believe is using the same body as this one.

@@Matt_Bryant I wonder why they made the same figure twice. One with a cloth cape and jetpack and one with a plastic cape and no jetpack? Maybe this figure exists so you can display a Mando before he gets his jetpack?

With this armor (seasons 2 and 3) it doesn't make sense. Maybe, since the one with the plastic cape and no jetpack is in the "A-list" line - it could be considered a budget line (with Hasbro coming out on top). Stripped down for those who just want a "new" Mando for the shelf.
