I’ve had the original for about two years, and I’ve had these for two months (both in toffee leather). I definitely like the courts more for a few reasons. First, I just like the look more (of course that’s subjective). I do think the Court looks better with pants because even a normal size pant opening could cover too much of the Originals slim profile. Lastly….and this is where I take the Court in a landslide…the back heel does not rise up as high as on the Original. Why does this matter? Because if you wear these a lot with no-show socks, the high back heel of the Original can start to hit against your Achilles and really cause a blister (Bombas is the only sock I’ve found that can sort of combat this). The Court’s back heel finishes lower, there are no friction issues at all, and I can easily wear them even on long walks with no-show sock. That said, if you’re wearing regular socks, then the comfort level and cushioning is the same for both. They also size the same (I have 11D in both).

I agree on the sizing issue. I just received a premier low top natural sneakers from them. I sized it based on their suggestion of ordering what you would normally wear in a sneaker. It’s too tight … there’s no wiggle room in the toe box. They are long enough, but it feels like the uppers are pushing down on my toes. I’m not sure whether to try and have these stretched or send them back for a half size up. I have a pair of their chukka boots which I regret not going with a larger size having followed their suggestion of going a half size smaller.

Remember they are leather after some time you'll have more than enough wiggle room ...it's just the price you pay for leather shoes...as long as it's not out right squeezing u you'll be fine

I just returned the Premier Naturals for the Cacoa color which is available in Wide widths. After pulling the Insoles from the Thursdays and comparing them to my Hoka and New Balance it is clear these are just too small. I ordered the 10 W.vs the original 9.5 M. I had the same issue with my Thursday Chukkas.

I’ve got some Thursday sneakers that I’ve had for a few months, and I’m loving them. Definitely interested in the Showtime’s (hi-top court) when they get some cooler color options.

I’ve had the white Prestige sneaker for 2 years.. just received the Legacy sneaker with the gum sole and it was not for me. Couldn’t get past the gum sole. So I sent them back and have the white Court sneaker on its way. I love the all white design and these are a good option if you already have the minimal Prestige sneaker. Thanks for the review.

Their low tops are probably the comfiest shoes I've worn, I just wish the shoelace hole didn't have the metal rings. These would work, but I'm not a fan of the holes on the toe

Tough call. Both great sneakers. Since I already have enough plain-toe sneakers, I lean towards these.

Have a pair of Thursday Premiere lowtops in black matte. Good shoes, but their Achilles heel is the treads wear quickly and they are not resolable. They have been relegated to mowing the lawn or other dirty work because the heel has worn through. My go-to sneaks are a pair of Goral SMUGS high tops or KOIO lowtops, which are both resolable.

Could not agree more about sizing with Thursdays sneakers. I have them. I normally wear a 10.5 and I ordered an 11 …They fit fine but they definitely run narrow….💯👍

Once again, Thursday releases a new sneaker style that feels too narrow and it's listed as a negative on all reviews. They've commented on social posts that wide widths are their most requested feature - why won't they listen to their customers and come out with wide versions on more of their sneakers, or at least in their new styles?

Some of their sneakers come in wide sizes. I think they wait to see how popular they become, and then make wide sizes for the popular ones. That's just my theory though.

Thursday sizing is horrible. I have ordered jackets and boots and sneakers..nothing fits. I have had to size up 1 -2 sizes on everything. Love the product though

No offense but these look like a knockoff Nike Air Force Ones. Don't like the small holes in the front and narrow fit is a problem that I've had with Thursdays classic sneaker, so I'll definitely pass on these.
