probs shield rune , gives like 300 shield which does not proc blink iirc edit: nvm it shows there 1.1k

Yep, shield rune. It gives you a one-time shield worth half your max hp. You can see the gold bar above sing's healthbar. Until it fully depletes, he's not taking health damage, so his blink doesn't go on cooldown.
