I love the advice about finding what you're naturally good at. I have a summer intern in our Marketing department and she'll be working on projects across the different spheres of marketing; from content creation, strategy, to analytics and reporting. The biggest take away I gave her was to listen to her own emotions and body when she's working on the projects this summer. If she can find out now what 'lights her fire' and makes her excited about work, it will give her the chance to gain skills while she's still in college and set herself up for the career that will be most fulfilling for her in the future.
