I have a problem, the iron heats up to 180 °C but when I start to use it the temperature starts to drop and then when I want to use it again it doesn't increase. Would you know if it is a configuration problem or if it is a factory problem?´thnx

It’s hard to diagnose without knowing exactly what process you’re following. It is relatively normal for a press to drop in temperature when a cold blank is introduced. However if you suspect there is an issue, or simply not sure of what's happening, we would recommend taking a video replicating your concern and contacting your supplier for advice.

I didnt herar which printer and papsr you said you use.. mind repeating?

We use Epson EcoTank printers with Permasub Paper and Splashjet Inks (you'll find links in the description).
