Nice job! Smooth rotations! I'm beginning to master what's called, Double-Swapping. I never realized I can do so much in this; more than I thought! Changli is not the strongest but is indeed one of the most flexible of all besides Spectro Rover at the Hazard Tower. It's so cool you can even have him double swap with Jiyan!

U should wait till Changli's last hit on forte b4 swapping off. Its her highest dmg ability after all Edit: for anyone saying "it did hit" i specifically mean he didn't hit max dmg on his forte, not if he hits it or not. Moment he swaps off he at the least loses SK's Cdmg buffs. Idr if he used moonlit on Rover but that'd fall off as well if he did

Is Changli better at using double fusion or one fusion one attack? Put a side its substat

If you look at prydwen 1 atk 1 element dmg bonus is generally very slightly (like tiny tiny) better if you have their signature weapon
