I highly highly highly recommend going to a pelvic floor physical therapist!!! They are amazing and so helpful for any pain related to the pelvic floor or lower back. Especially after giving birth this can be super helpful

Yes!! Physiotherapy is also a more scientifically sound practice than chiropractics. Using all 3 chiro, physio, and massage has been helpful for me though!

Chiropractor assistant and X-ray tech here. Yes please go somewhere that takes X-rays it’s very irresponsible of that office not to take them. And it will take a few adjustments for everything to feel better because your muscles are going to push the bone back to where it was, until the muscles are calm enough and used to the adjustment that is when it will feel better. Aspyn! Go for Pelvic Physio! I have the same problem from child birth. I also go to chiro took like 2 months to feel better. But my internal muscles are also messed up so a combo will help!!

OC native here… fun fact, Balboa isn’t actually an island (even though some places state that) but it’s a peninsula and can be accessed by car/bike if you take Newport blvd all the way down. The ferry is just there for a fun ride/quick entry to the end of the peninsula depending on traffic 😊

I had left SI joint pain when was in my mid twenties..it got bad where I had to walk with a cane I was in so much pain and I ended up cutting out gluten and dairy and over time the pain went away! Had paid thousands for physical therapy and all I had to do was change my diet 😓 anyways hope this helps bc I know how bad that inflammation feels in that joint! I’ve had two kids as well and now am 30 and still pain free as long as I stick to my diet

My SI joint goes out all the time and that’s exactly what my chiropractor tells me! It’s a rare occurrence if I am there more than 5 min. If it is out for an extended amount of time, it’ll still hurt after the adjustment and may take a few adjustments, but will feel like it’s in much better alignment!

I just had my third baby. And it really messed up my pelvic bone. It’s called pelvic girdle pain. I went to a physical therapist for it. And I’m finally starting to feel better. But it caused lower back pain, hip pain. Really bad!

adjustments take time, and if you have pain in a certain area for awhile, one appointment won’t completely fix it and it won’t feel immediate relief. It takes time to get ur bones back in the places they’re suppose to be because they move back :/

The Chiropractor my husband loves in South Jordan is Back on Track. You do have to have an appointment tho. I was having pain in my neck and went twice. It was $75 for each appointment. My spine is fused from a scoliosis corrective surgery I had so he was super knowledgeable about how and where he could pop or massage my back. So if you have time to call and make an appointment I would go to Back on Track in South Jordan Utah

Sometimes when you're having pain in your SI joint it could be related to tension, scar tissue, or trigger points in your piriformis especially after having kids. Might be worth looking into a massage therapist that specializes in neuromuscular therapy
