So much crap talk about this new flanker and I absolutely love it. I think they did it justice and that it performs like a champ. The ol lady really likes it and that’s rare. Got mine before release off eBay. Seriously thought I was getting scammed but the guy talked with me and sent me all the pics I needed and it was significantly cheaper than retail. I just got it. It smells almost the same, just less sweet and more woody. Seems to Last longer, nut does not project much on me. Not worth that price retail.

I was checking prices @ my local retail store and noticed Dior Sauvage Elixer had gone from $183 CDN to $198 CDN just since last Dec when I purchased my bottle. That's a 8% diff. I wonder how many other fragrances have gone up. I bet Tom Fords have.

Everything is becoming more expensive, by a quite large amount. In US the inflation is a major issue at the moment, while in EU we are also struggling with energy and resources cause of the war. What a time to be alive!

It has the same longevity and projection as the edp. If you are on the market for a stronger edp, keep your money, the parfum ain't it. Plus, especially in the opening, it is significantly different from the edp. Not worth 200 plus bucks for 50 ml (in my country) in my books.

I have all 3, Detour Noir is the closest to Layton as far as clones but also the most alcoholic smelling in the opening, Lalique white in black smells very similar as well but a little darker, and Tommy Hilfiger Impact intense smells like a mix of Layton and By the Fireplace

Absolutely not dude. Very few fragrances can top, or at best, come close to Elixir's performance. And Noir Extreme Parfum, as delicious as it may be, doesn't remotely come close lol. Noir Extreme EDP, even more so. Given their price point, if TF's fragrances performed like Elixir, they'd be S-TIER also, and way more mainstream tbh.
