K so I tried a sample of this and initially hated it it made me nauseous and gave me a headache...cut to the next day and I smelled it in my room from the sample bottle just sitting there,and thought what smells so good? So decided to give it another wear and now im a fan. When it mixes a bit with my natural body chemistry it's amazing.

I got Parfum version, because it less leather. I wore it first day at my job, I work in hotel. Lots of people turn around and some come up and ask what perfume is it. Even I sprayed a tiny amount. I absolutely love the scent, it lasts all day; smells a bit different during a day.

This smells more close to the original 16 ombré leather on account of the violet absolu therefore gives it a more airier quality about it. Surprisingly however the EDP actually feels like it sits heavier and closer to Tucson leather then the perfum.

The parfum def smells closer to OL16 because the EDP doesn’t really smell that close to the private blend version imo Still I find the parfum a bit greener than OL16 and also think the private blend version is blended considerably better than the EDP and the Parfum.

I love the way this smells but it seems like you have to put your nose on my skin to smell it after a while it doesn't really project I would probably like th 2018 version better.. especially the cardamom spices. It smells like wood later on like ashy wood

Godolphin is my go to Leather frag. As soon as it gets low , I’ll order another one. Tuscan Leather by TF is much better than ombré. Imo

I love the smell of rubber - I don’t think a car repair shops smells enough like rubber - maybe if they’ve spun out a tire? I don’t understand why “non flower” scents are “masculine” and anything with floral is ”feminine” - yes florals can round out a scent, and it can make it more feminine depending … but leather, animal, tobacco, rubber… these are primal scents that are human - I won’t even go into the primal scent of an infant - yes sweet… but not as sweet, with the primal oxytocin mixed with deep heaven yet human smell of pure love (for an infant does not need to bathe despite they’re regular human functions ) I think of pine and fresh or barber shop notes as masculine - and I think some other notes I’m trying hard to figure out -- maybe I can smell scents with these notes and not think, “oh my old boyfriend wore something like that”, but they are not these notes in theory to me - so maybe there are “masculine scents” to my nose, but it has to be something other than then leather, dirty, or tobacco to turn my head away - never met anyone that doesn’t breath deeply into their leather wallet or purse - or doesn’t kind of love that burning rubber s tiny bit, or that rotted ground smell - so yummy - could be too intense, for sure, or now if it’s ashtray… that might be too much

2 things men if you want a ‘leather’ scent, this is the apex and completely unique a frag heads dream you will smell like no one else. Next regular people (beautiful women) for the majority will not like this cologne they will hate it. Wear what you like, live your life, you’ve been warned it’s your decision now.
