New Toptul tools.

I bought ten years ago when I open my shop a complete set of TopTul sockets, ratchets, bit sockets and like some many people I was a little bit affraid of the quality well I used every single day for the past ten years and the durability and quality are outstanding, I have all my sockets and extension in satin finish and hold up extreme well, the chrome after ten years are in perfect condition and I never break anything in those years in fact I have a set of deep sockets from anoyher tool company that start with the letter "S" that cost me on sale 5 time more and the crome start to peel of at the moment with much less use, so in my opinion the TopTul sockets, wrenches and ratchets for the price are one of the best on the market. I have a 3/8 set of OEM I won in a giveaway. They look pretty identical, as far as the broaching, to these Toptul sockets. They are Taiwan made and have the satin finish as well. I was very impressed with the OEM set. Everything seems to be excellent quality. It came with a ratchet, wobble, 3 wobble plus extensions, 5/8 & 9/16 magnetized spark plug sockets, shallow and deep sockets from 8-19 and all in a foam tray for $60 using my link. If toptul and oem aren't made by the same company I'd be very surprised.

TopTul holds the Patent on the wobble square drive shape that actually works. That shape is licensed to other tool brands to use.. Top Tul also makes a very good quick release extension..

I also use Toptul, best value for money and quality of tools are excellent. Only issue is after use cleaning takes lot of time.

I just purchased the socket sets from Dennis shown in this video on your recommendations. I have also been in contact with Dennis about carrying the Toptul 20 pc. screwdriver set Dennis is looking into this. Dennis said Toptul screwdrivers are top of the line comparable to Wera, Wiha, or PB Swiss and the Phillips head screwdrivers are JIS standards.

I think you will be very happy with the socket set, I don't think there is a better deal out there. I haven't had the chance to try the screwdrivers yet but I have seen Eric O from SMA using them.

Very nice find. For the price it seems to be a good deal. My only issue with the socket design is the flat walls. Some of my ratchets are not quick release and when my fingers are greasy, having them grooved or knurled is a requirement. I do like the large numbering but those rails don't hold the sockets well and they will fall off. I buy Gearwrench sockets which have excellent wall design and have plastic rails that are secure but are more expensive. I like the through holes on the handles of the picks so you can hang them on peg boards instead of dumping them in a drawer. That's a great idea.

I've been happy with all the stuff for the short time I have owned it so far. I'm going to do a comparison between many 1/4" drive ratchets and sockets very soon.

Was working on a car one day , took the skid plate off , and a pair of TopTul bent nose pliers dropped out of there . That's the only reason I know about them now , but glad It happened that way ,

Here in the Philippines we have a site somewhat like Amazon called Lazada. Toptul has some really nice looking stuff, including tool cabinets and portable tool boxes, loaded with tools set in CNC cut foam inserts. Wish I knew before ordering my Tekton tool set from the USA.

Hi William, unfortunately we lost out one TopTul dealer here in the USA but I'm glad you have it available in the Philippines. The Tekton stuff you bought from the USA must have many travel miles on it unless you purchased screwdrivers or pliers from them, those are the only Tekton things I can think of that are made in the USA. The Majority of Tekton stuff is made in Taiwan and I'm surprised they don't sell it in the Philippines.

But I have a respect for Taiwan, being a computer nerd and car geek, Taiwan makes the best computers and great tools. I was thinking of starting a business selling Tekton here, but it may be a tough sell.

I hope your new tools make it to you safely! I also a computer nerd myself but my computer videos don't get many views so I stopped making them. I've built 4 new Ryzen systems this year (so far) but finding some parts is still difficult. Mainly good power supplies ( Seasonic, EVGA, Corsair) are hard to come buy and when you do find them for sale the price is way over inflated. If you do decide to sell Tekton Tools I wish you the best of luck! I visited the Philippines a few times when I was in the Navy, great people over there and I would like to visit again someday.

@@MarkFoxShipments go through Taiwan and have always come here quite safe, wither by air or sea cargo. The law is here they cannot open my shipment unless I'm present. But if it might interest you, the US Navy (along with Australia Navy) is opening up Subic Bay again. Might be fun for you to visit.

Mark Fox no i am in BAHRAIN, surprisingly when they started selling their tools here they offered a lifetime warranty, later they stopped it because of un-skilled foreign mechanics started to abuse em, aside from that They are excellent quality and you can tell there a a quite difference in craftsmanship between em and parts store rack tools

They seem real popular in Russia, many of the other KZbin videos I've found on Toptul seem to be in Russian. I bet they would sell well here in the USA if the set up some real distribution.

It's a shame that Toptul doesn't have better distribution in the U.S. I contacted them and was given the name of Wren Tools. But they don't carry the full line and Ebay and Amazon have very little.

those 35 dollar socket sets are £55 over here in the u.k on eBay and the pick set.. £27. a fair bit more expensive

Hey Mark Great video. I have Snapon in my personal arsenal of tools but looking to go with other brands to work at a lawn equipment business fixing small engine machines. I'm liking the satin finish and fit of toptul. How are the deep wells. Looking forward to your other videos.
