Premier edition but apple car play and android auto are "available?" Don't tell me Toyota is starting this monthly subscription BS. I'm not interested in buying a premier line vehicle for a premium price and then pay untold hundreds of dollars per month to have heated seats, or the aforementioned phone connectivity. Absolute nonsense.

Luckily it looks like their subscription service is still only based on the map updates....for now.........

@@selinaniu146 I only learned about this subscription service a while ago. In some ways an update for a one time cost might be ok. For example, I looked at upgrading my HP and torque with a stage one modification. $600 for a one time update to the ECU TCU and it's done. An ongoing cost? Not for me. On the other hand, if I chose not to get for example heated seats because the cost was $300 then decided I wanted them, a one time cost might be fine. The wiring is probably all there, the slots for dash switches are also there and so on, that too makes sense. It's a slippery slope IMO.
