Placing Amplifier under the seat is not looking decent, it looks shaby...placing all amplifier in the amprack in the rear is more practical and pleasing to the eyes....

It's not a kind of capacitor rather it is a capacitor and wrt to audio that's called inline crossover. 😅😅
