Just sat watching this now. That chocolate tart looked incredible! Also a little tip of you dip your knife in hot water , wipe any excess off with a paper towel then you will get clean cuts on your tart and it shouldn’t stick.

13:35 in Deutschland gibt es diese art Kuchen auch. Ist nur etwas anders. Butterkekse in eine Backform auslegen, geschmolzene Schokolade darüber und das so oft wiederholen bis die Form voll ist. Im Kühlschrank ein paar Stunden kühlen, fertig ist der " Kalte Hund" 🤣 Backpapier nicht vergessen 😂 , sonst gibt es nur Brocken. Soooo süß 😁 Ist was für Kinder 😅

I bought the hot sando maker too, but every time I use it the bread sticks to the mesh and I brush it with oil. Yours turned out so well, may I ask how long and at what temperature you put it in the oven for? Thank you! Enjoyed your video!

Oh! We have same gadget! Happy to know that😃 the part I didn’t brush oil evenly turned out to stick on the net too! Perhaps you can brush some oil on the net or bread? Sorry I don’t know what’s the temperature because I used the auto mood of my oven toaster💦

If you spread butter or oil on outside of bread it won’t burn and will get all brown . Not too much xxx

The cast iron is best for searing. The chicken would have gotten really crispy skin if you used the cast iron

K is definitely has a sweet tooth huh. S, not so much 😆 Next time if you heat the cream rather than the chocolate and pour it over the chocolate to make the ganache, it would be easier and you don't run the risk of the cold cream seizing the chocolate.
