7:40 That’s a AI minion for the Klowns called Lackeys, there is a video dedicated to them a year ago. Basically the machines where they hook the cotton candy on creates a Lackey. They help the Klowns by looking for humans and jumping on them, slowing the human’s movement and prevent them from doing anything until the Lackey is off of them. They will also alert the Klowns to the humans too. And like you saw in the gameplay they can help you hook up the candy canes as well. As the match goes on they will spread and be more of them across the map, making them areas very dangerous to stay in for the humans

Also it must just be something they recorded that might explain why it randomly ends. Or it’s actual gameplay of some someone playing right now
