As an ex Turkish Service man, we used more PKM with scopes thn the mg3. MG3's were more used in the 90's.

@@proximitive3872the PKM just has a slower siclic rate or “shoots slower”, which is a good thing when you wanna suppress the enemy and save ammo at the same time, weight wise the PKM is also pretty light so that’s about it and there are more PKMs than MG3’s and they have more customization options available.

When the terrorist wars started, the Mg3 had problems with jamming in terrain conditions, especially in dusty terrain, and heated up quickly. When PKMs captured from terrorists were tested, it was understood that they were more durable and more useful than Mg3, so many PKMs were captured in those years and the Turkish army started using PKMs instead of Mg3. The Russians produce the most logical weapons for harsh terrain conditions. German weapons, unfortunately, failed.

Fingers crossed for European blueforce (France, Germany, Italy), Pacific blueforce (Japan, South Korea), Pacific greenforce (Vietnam), Pacific redforce (North Korea), African blueforce (South Africa) and African greenforce (African Rebels).

The Turkish forces rarely use the MG3 anymore. The PKM is currently the standard LMG. However they're all being replaced by the modern pmt 76 Edit: okay, I take back what I said. Apparently the MG3 is still widely used in some branches of the TSK. Back when I was a conscript in the Gendarmerie commando unit 2012-2014, we were issued HK33E rifles and the PKM as light machine gunner. I was trained in operating the MG3 though. It all depends on where you are stationed and what kind of weapons they have at their disposal, I remember my CO:s telling he was once issued an AK 47. You need to know that until recently Turkey has never had any real domestic weapons production apart from licensed HK:s. Decades ago they gathered what guns they could get their hands on from old soviet era stockpiles and East Germany. Their firearm arsenal has never been uniform across TSK, which is intended to be fixed with the MPT family rifles

Problem with Indian is that they would be same as insurgents forces. Using Soviet era gear. Had this game been using latest 2023 theme. Indian squad would have had much better weapons and vehicles. But sadly they take 1990s as theme. Back then Indians were using basic Aks insas and bmps. Korean Japanese would be amazing

Squad is a fictional game in which forces like russia or turkey have fully kitted infantry with gear that works instead of what they actually have. Most of turkeys army carries obsolete weapons and is poorly trained.

Main fighting force of Turkish army is called Uzman çavuş which you can become after 25 years of age and after 3 months of training after completing your 6 months of mandatory service in the army. Turkey has one of the most combat ready armies all around the world with no failed operations carried out in the last 2 decades.

The M-60 would function less like a t-72s or t-62 and more like the leopard 2a6 This is because the tank has an extremely exposed ammorack just like the leopard. Both vehicles would also have excellent gun depression and which the t-72 doesn't as well as a extremely good frontal turret armor. Both tanks also have a simular speed. Although a big difference is that the leopard doesn't have the option for a rws while the m-60 does. Both tanks also feature a 120mm so that's that. In conclusion it's just a better leopard with somehow even more exposed ammoracks

Yes m60t ate atgms unlike leopard 2a4s. Overall m60t was on par with leopard 2a4 if not better in Urban warfare against ISIS in Syria

Imo they should add IDF. I know that there would be plenty people that would find it controversial, especially because of recent events, but those people can STFU. It's a game. IDF has most of their equipment home built and unique. I mean, their small arms are crazy, vehicles unique. I mean, their MBT can transport 6 infantry men internally. You could literally have a full squad in a tank. Driver, commander, gunner and 6 infantry dismounts. It would be such a natural fit to this game.

They need to fix iron sight asap. The fact they are so much more punishing than both scopes and holos/re dots is just absurd. They need to make it so you do not loose your sight picture if you so much as look around, and remove the dam aim over sights function, which further complicates ads and stablitity. The other sight option have none of these problems, iron sights is already gimping yourself, why should have so many more problems added on top of that?!

More than half of the Turkish army consists of professional soldiers.My uncle served in the military for 30 years. From the 90s until 2017, the Turkish army has quality gloves. Of course, there are helmets and gloves used in exercises, they also use them in the battlefield. The Turkish army has advanced equipment, both from the images published by the Turkish Armed Forces and from the Turkish equipment that the PKK sometimes seizes.
