I have the same bike tvs 160 4v bs6 special edition,lot of problems in this bike Milege is low 35kmpl in city and highway 38kmpl Engine is oil cooled but heating issue is more in this bike myn bike only 5000km on odo engine looses pickup after it gets heated thhat is riding just. After 10km pickup loose. Can be seen Rare Brake which brand dont know but its very much problem ,engine noise is also very much compared to bajaj ns160 ,and honda If you want to buy tvs 160 4v then simply go with bajaj ns160 or n160 , or honda hornett 2.0 you will not regreat afterwards as i am regretting now chain sprocket also damaged within 5000km ,i fully maintain bike every 200km i lube it and corerect time service in service centre,
