I had the old patch on a former pc. I've installed the new patch, but it won't launch the game with the ucp running. Very confused

aka.ms/highdpimfc2013x86enu download vcredist...then try to run UCP and click to launch i had the same problem i didnt have vcredist installed. Ucp didnt want to start the game..only when i disable framework game work..Stronghold version download 1.41.1 maybe you have old stronghold version
