Hey, the guidelines talk about ICT visa holders ability to switch to Tier 2 general (PBS) system. Are you aware if the people already in the UK on ICT Tier 2 will be eligible to switch to this route or this is applicable only for new entrants entering in the UK starting 01st Jan 2021 on ICT tier 2?

May I know, whether I can switch to PBS from ICT without cooling.Earlier from ICT-Tier2 to Tier 2 General , requires 1 year cooling. Please suggest me the correct thing please? 2. Also, If We get any job offer from company, then who will Pay and sponsor the Visa in new PBS.It will be employee or employer or Govt of Uk?Whether this visa will be general work permit visa for 5 year or in every switch I need to get sponsor in new PBS? Cooling off period will not be considered, that's a good news...so tier 2 ICT can switch to PBS without completing the cooling off within UK

They mentioned the eligibility criteria for the graduate route. One of the criteria is (Applicant must not have previously been granted leave under the Graduate route). I was in PSW from 2011 to 2012 and in 2014 I came back to my country. Now my concern is, am I eligible for the new graduate route?
