Indeed we do not see so many Ilarac in action in ranked games, I see why now 🤣 but I don't really see hw to buff him. Maybe the other cards from chosen one must be buffed, not really this one

Totally, even if you get his stats high enough for his roar to go off, he technically doesn't do anything on summon as he doesn't clear any threats off board.
