[NEW] Universal Monsters - Halloween Horror Nights 2018 (Universal Studios Hollywood, CA)

The monsters in this maze are all inspired by Universal’s horror films over the year and feature a soundtrack by SLASH. Some of these monsters include Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, The Phantom of the Opera and The Wolf Man. Run for the hills!!

Universal’s mazes are really strong this year, and this one is definitely my favorite. Especially great how much love characters like the Phantom are getting this year. You could really see the passion and love put into UCM. Great vid!

I really really hate haunted attractions but I LOVE the classic Universal Monsters, I think I'd be geeking out more than being scared if I went through this. This looks amazing!

Didn't see a lot of drac, but I do love the sets and there were a bit of scares, that said, I'm glad they brought these guys back for one last scare.

Beautifully thought out. Could have done with more Drac. The bride scene was incredible. Don't blame people for stopping to take it in.

I really like how they took a concept that everyone is really familiar with and kind of desensitized to (the classic Universal monsters) and made it into an actually scary attraction. With those classic monsters being Halloween cliche in a sense (not so cliche here because Universal really brought these monsters to life first before they became staple monsters anyway) it seems difficult to make them truly scary again, but this maze certainly accomplished that well. I mean, when was the last time you were thoroughly creeped out by a Frankenstein's Monster like that? It's harmless Herman Munster, for crying out loud, he isn't scary anymore. However, that statement definitely doesn't hold true for this instance. Good job, Universal.
